Peter Moloney is an experienced adjudicator, advocate and mediator with particular expertise in commercial litigation where success hinges, in equal measure, upon commercial insight and relevant legal principle.

Peter’s practice is primarily focussed on assisting clients in the utilities, mining, automotive and building and engineering and construction sectors. Additionally, with his knowledge of technology, engineering, electronics and manufacturing processes, Peter is well placed to advise in matters where key points in the proceedings turn on the ability of counsel to represent commercial interests of clients within the prism of high-level, broad-ranging technical expertise.

Peter’s commercial expertise also extends to issues of product liability and consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, including domestic and commercial buildings and their construction.
