Tony Thomas has a broad practice handling complex commercial & construction disputes, 'white collar' tax matters and commissions of inquiry. 

He has active chambers in Melbourne (Crockett) and Sydney (Blackstone) and a door tenancy in Brisbane (Level 18 at 239 George). Tony has appeared regularly in State and Territory Supreme Courts (Vic, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT), the Federal Court and in large international and domestic arbitrations.

From June 2014 to October 2014, he was counsel for Public Transport Victoria and the Department of Transport, Planning and Local Infrastructure in the first public hearings of IBAC. 

Tony has been recommended as a Leading Construction & Infrastructure Junior Counsel, New South Wales in Doyles Guide in 2017 and 2016.
