Ian Munt specialises in land compensation and valuation, planning and environment, heritage, administrative law and property and leasing disputes.  He has acted for an array of State and Local government authorities and private sector and community actors in proceedings in the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Court, the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal,  Planning Panels Victoria and in mediations at the Office of the Victorian Small Business Commission.
