PROFILE

Prior to coming to the Bar, Holly was a Senior Associate in the family law division of a national law firm. While practicing as a Senior Associate, Holly had carriage of complex family property matters and challenging children’s matters including child abduction and Hague Convention cases.

Holly regularly appears in contested proceedings in the Family Court and Federal Circuit Court and the appellate division of the Federal Circuit and Family Court. 

Prior to working in family Law, Holly worked at the international firm, Minter Ellison, both in New Zealand and Australia, and gained valuable experience in commercial and property law, specalising in high-profile property and infrastructure projects, major acquisitions, disposals and leases.

Holly accepts briefs in family law/de facto financial and parenting matters, but has a particular interest in complex property matters. 

Holly read with the Honourable Justice Andrew Strum.  Her senior mentor is Martin Bartfeld KC OAM.
