Most notably, Sai appeared in a well-publicised case regarding gel blaster firearms in Victoria, where it was held that gel-blaster firearms do not meet the definition of a real firearm as defined by the Act.

Sai has also been a Property and Commercial Lawyer, acting for commercial and property clients, specifically, government agencies and property developers. Sai provides:

  • advice to clients on acquiring development sites;
  • drafting and negotiating contracts;
  • negotiating commercial disputes; and
