Today the prime focus of his practice, which has varied over time, is on probate and wills, testator’s family maintanence and elder law. But he has considerable experience in a broad range of commercial disputes, contract, consumer law ( misleading and deceptive conduct by individuals and corporations ), bankruptcy and corporate insolvency, director’s duties, public examinations of directors and bankrupts, confiscation of assets by the Cth and the State of Victoria, superannuation complaints, professional negligence, torts (including environmental related torts ), insurance and defamation.
