Belle Lane has worked in family law since her admission to legal practice in 1994. She has worked as a barrister at the Victorian and Western Australian Bars, as a solicitor in Victoria, Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Belle practises in all areas of the family law and de facto jurisdictions, including pre-trial applications, trials, mediations, arbitrations, advice and paperwork. She has practised in all States and Territories and is available to travel for interstate and intrastate work.
Belle is an Accredited Advanced Mediator, Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner, Collaborative Practi¬tioner and an AIFLAM Accredited Arbitrator. Belle was a director of the Australian Institute of Family Law Arbitrators and Mediators (AIFLAM) from 2012 to 2019. She is an experienced mediator conducting mediations in person and on line.
