PROFILE

Since coming to the bar, Katharine Gladman has practised primarily in the areas of Common Law, Personal Injury and Worker's Compensation. She has appeared both alone and as junior counsel in the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates' Courts.  She has also appeared at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal in Comcare matters, as well as in the Federal Court in employment and sexual harassment matters.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Katharine was associate to Her Honour Judge Davis, then the Judge-in-Charge of the Damages and Compensation List at the County Court. Katharine provided assistance with the adminstration of the List, the daily civil Reserve List and weekly directions hearings. 

Katharine completed articles in 2007 in a small firm in Fitzroy, gaining experience in Town Planning, Commercial Litigation and Mortgages and Securities Law.
