He specialises in workers compensation, transport accident, workplace health and safety, unfair dismissal, general protections, disciplinary and discrimination matters.
Christian also has an interest in public law, particularly immigration, judicial review, inquiries and inquests and regulatory prosecutions.
Christian has worked as a solicitor at Maurice Blackburn Lawyers and Zaparas Lawyers, specialising in personal injury, TAC, WorkCover and Public Liability matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Chistian worked as a solicitor at the Disability Royal Commission, where he developed experience in Royal Commissions, inquires and employment law.
He has also previously worked as a Solicitor in the Workplace Relations Branch of the Victorian Government Solicitor’s Office, where provided advice on employment law and regulatory prosecutions. Prior to that Christian completed his legal traineeship with Bazzani Scully Brand Lawyers.
Christian is a Tutor in Torts at Monash University.
