Ella comes to the Bar with extensive experience in family law and related jurisdictions. Ella regularly appears in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Magistrates’ Court of Victoria and accepts briefs to appear in and advise on all matters relating to family law (including intervention orders).

Prior to coming to the Bar, Ella was Managing Lawyer of the Family Law and Family Violence team at Fitzroy Legal Service, leading a team of practitioners to run a broad range of matters including complex contested matters, as well overseeing the delivery of legal services within the Specialist Family Violence Court model.

Ella is reading with Belle Lane and her senior mentor is Minal Vohra SC.
