Jamie specialises in building & construction law, commercial law, insurance & professional negligence law, bankruptcy & insolvency law and public & administrative law.
Jamie acts across a broad spectrum of commercial law with particular interest in construction, insurance, and bankruptcy/insolvency law. Jamie is a versatile advocate and is experienced acting for clients, both private and institutional, in all levels of Victorian Courts and Tribunals. During his 7 years as a solicitor prior to coming to the Bar, including 3 years as a Senior Associate at national law firm Lander & Rogers, Jamie acted for some of Australia’s largest financial institutions and insurers in relation to proceedings in the NSW and QLD Supreme Courts, as well as the Federal Court.
