Jenaya accepts briefs to appear and advise in criminal, regulatory and quasi-criminal matters.
Her practice includes a broad range of indictable criminal matters including sexual offences, homicide, drug offences, fraud, violence and serious driving offences. She regularly appears in the Magistrates' Court and County Court in contested hearings. She has appeared as junior counsel in matters before the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal.
Jenaya also has significant experience appearing for and advising regulatory prosecuting authorities, including WorkSafe, Victorian Legal Services Board + Commissioner and local municipal councils.
