Jonathan has a broad range of trial and appellate experience in commercial litigation spanning more than 20 years, specialising particularly in insolvency, corporations, property and trust law. He also provides specialist advice in these areas. He has acted and continues to act for numerous administrators, receivers and liquidators in respect of complex administrations. He also regularly acts for family members in respect of intra-family financial disputes, both in a corporate and non-corporate context.
Jonathan has been named by Doyles Guide in 2018, 2019 and 2020 as a preeminent senior counsel in the category "Leading Insolvency & Restructuring Senior Counsel - Victoria".
