Ben practises in commercial, property, public and criminal law. He has particular experience appearing unled in property development and merits review proceedings. Prior to call, he worked at an international boutique firm where he prepared advice on commercial disputes and the judicial review of Australian international trade sanctions.
He speaks and reads Mandarin Chinese to a professional working standard, and is certified by NAATI in translation from Chinese into English.
