David Colman has, for over 3 decades, practised in commercial, transactional and corporations law, insurance and (non-medical) professional negligence.

He has practised in all commercial courts and tribunals ranging from the Magistrates' Court and VCAT, to the High Court. He is a nationally-accredited mediator and a commercial arbitrator.
