Profile
Dr Daye (pronounced Da-yeh) welcomes briefs to advise and appear in commercial, administrative, and white-collar criminal law. She also advises on international law. She speaks English, Korean, French, and Mandarin.
She is studying a Graduate Diploma of Construction Law at Melbourne Law School, and her essay won the Society of Construction Law Australia Student Brooking Prize 2025. She will be presenting her essay at the SoCLA Annual Conference in 2026.

Academia and Speaking
Daye holds a PhD from Monash University. Her thesis explored the use of restorative justice for sexual and family violence. She was a panellist on the Foley's List x Victorian Women Lawyers' podcast, A Legal Lifecycle, Episode 3, on life as a woman at the Bar. She will be speaking with John Gurr SC and Joel Silver at the Foley's List Commercial CPD Day 2026.
