Eliza Panckridge

Eliza specialises in family law and associated jurisdictions. She accepts briefs to advise on and appear in all matters relating to family law, including intervention orders, and is available to appear in local, regional and interstate courts.

Eliza comes to the bar with extensive experience in all aspects of family law. Following her admission, Eliza has practised exclusively in family law as a solicitor at firms in Geelong and Melbourne, and was also a legal associate to Her Honour Judge Bender of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia (Division 2).

Immediately prior to coming to the Bar, Eliza was an Associate at a leading firm in the Melbourne CBD, where she gained extensive experience in a wide variety of family law matters.

A diligent and compassionate advocate, Eliza ensures that she understands her clients and their individual needs. She takes an empathetic and pragmatic approach to each matter, whether in a mediation or litigation process, to achieve the best possible resolution for her clients.

Eliza holds Bachelor of Laws with Honours and a Bachelor of Arts (majoring in French).
