Elizabeth Ruddle is a commercial, criminal, regulatory and property law barrister with extensive trial and appellate experience across those areas.
Between 2021 and 2026 Elizabeth was a Senior Crown Prosecutor for the State of Victoria, advising and appearing at the highest levels. During this time she appeared in more than 100 matters before the Court of Appeal as well as conducting criminal and proceeds of crime trials, judicial reviews and a number of High Court appeals.
