Elizabeth completed her articles at Galbally Rolfe, and was the Associate to his Honour Judge Anderson of the County Court of Victoria.

 

Elizabeth McKinnon practices in the following areas:

Elizabeth has appeared in a number of Commonwealth and State criminal matters, defending sex charges, drug charges, and white collar crime.  She has appeared in a number of complex trials and appeals, many of which are reported judgments.

She has specific expertise in sex cases, including historical cases.
