Graeme Peake has practised in environmental, planning and local government law since being admitted in 1981.
He was a partner in the Local Government section of Price Brent, Solicitors, before signing the Bar role in 1995.
Since 1994 Graeme has practised exclusively in environmental, planning and local government law, appearing in VCAT, Panel Hearings and the Supreme Court for large and small developers and other parties with an interest in planning outcomes.
Graeme's local government practice includes compulsory acquisitions, special rates and charges, rating and valuation appeals and municipal election disputes as well as general governence issues.
He is a member of Victorian Planning and Environmental Law Association and National Environmental Law Association.
