Jordan practises in general commercial and corporations law, with a particular interest in breaches of contract, Australian Consumer Law and shareholder disputes. Jordan also accepts briefs to appear in, and advise on, bankruptcy and insolvency and equity and trusts disputes.
Prior to coming to the Bar, Jordan was an Associate in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution team at KHQ Lawyers. He acted for individuals and businesses in a broad range of commercial litigation matters across various industries and jurisdictions.
Jordan served as an Associate to the Honourable Associate Justice Irving in the Victorian Supreme Court, where he assisted his Honour with a variety of interlocutory applications and trials in the Common Law Division and the Commercial Court. Jordan was previously an analyst at the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, where he investigated potentially anti-competitive acquisitions.
Jordan graduated with a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction from Deakin University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts from Monash University, and is currently undertaking a Master of Laws at the University of Melbourne.
Jordan is reading with Ben Petrie and his senior mentor is Dean Guidolin KC
