Jordan Schulz

Jordan is a commercial barrister and a member of Lonsdale Chambers, a group of leading commercial and insolvency law barristers. 

He maintains a broad commercial law practice and has developed specialist expertise in corporate insolvency and bankruptcy law through his practice and having completed the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround  Association's (ARITA) Advanced Certification in Insolvency Law.

Jordan regularly appears in interlocutory hearings, trials and appeals in all State and Federal Courts and provides advice on commercial disputes.

• IMO Donichiod Pty Ltd (in liquidation) (2024) 74 VR 430; [2024] VSCA 44 (Appeal of [2023] VSC 111 against decision of Supreme Court confirming use of slip rule to extend time for determination of a winding up proceeding pursuant to s 459R of the Corporations Act 2001, in the Victorian Court of Appeal; Special Leave to Appeal to the High Court of Australia refused [2024] HCASL 183 );
