Kay Chan

Kay practises in public and administrative law, with particular experience in regulatory litigation and disciplinary proceedings.  She also accepts brief in all areas of commercial law, with a focus on bankruptcy, insolvency and Corporations Act matters. 

Kay holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and Bachelor of Arts from Monash University and is currently completing ARITA's Graduate Diploma of Restructuring, Insolvency, and Turnaround.
