Margarita Fudim

Margarita specialises in personal injury claims including Worker’s Compensation, Motor Vehicle Accidents and Product and Public Liability.

Margarita now primarily runs a paperwork-based practice in which she accepts briefs to draft Serious Injury Applications, Pleadings, Medical Panel referrals and all other documentation necessary for Personal Injury related matters. Margarita places a strong emphasis on early dispute resolution and accepts briefs to appear in Statutory Conferences, Mediations and in other online procedural matters. Margarita prides herself in her ability to efficiently communicate with instructors and clients and ensures a timely turnaround of all her paperwork.

Since coming to the Bar Margarita regularly appeared both led and unled in the Magistrates', County and Supreme Courts for both Plaintiffs and Defendants. Margarita was also briefed in the Magistrates' Court La Trobe Valley Circuit for the Plaintiff. 
Margarita completed a Bachelor of Science and Laws at Monash University with a particular interest in Medicine and the Law.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Margarita worked as a solicitor and as a managing associate for over eight years at Zaparas Lawyers.  As a solicitor and managing associate, Margarita ran hundreds of matters across various Victorian Judicial Courts including the Court of Appeal, Supreme Court, County Court and Magistrates’ Court.

In 2018, Margarita was listed in Doyle’s Guide as a Recommended Insurance Junior Barrister.
