Matthew Bromley was admitted to practice in 1989 and signed the Bar Roll in 2002. 

Matthew has experience in all types of commercial disputes, including misleading and deceptive conduct claims, disputes between directors/shareholders, franchise disputes, lease disputes and general contractual claims.

He acts in insolvency matters incuding winding ups,  voidable  transactions and insolvent trading. 

Matthew also deals with employment law matters including wrongful termination of employment, FWC proceedings for unfair dismissals, employee/independent contractor issues, restraints of trade, confidential information, redundancy entitlements, sexual harassment, and discrimination.

Matthew also acts for retirement village residents and owners.
