Matthew Bromley was admitted to practice in 1989 and signed the Bar Roll in 2002. 

Matthew has a wide commercial practice and particular experience in disputes involving:

- directors/shareholders;
- franchisors and franchisees;
- retail and commercial leases;
- owners' corporations
- general contractual claims;
- domestic building claims;
- insolvency matters including winding ups,  voidable  transactions and insolvent trading; and
retirement village residents and owners.

Matthew also deals with employment law matters including wrongful termination of employment, FWC proceedings for unfair dismissals, employee/independent contractor issues, restraints of trade, confidential information, redundancy entitlements, sexual harassment, and discrimination.
