Nick is a barrister with a wealth of experience in family law matters including property and children’s matters in which he has appeared regularly in both interim hearings and final trials. He also appears on behalf of Independent Childrens Lawyers.
He has practised as a solicitor in a boutique family law firm and was a Registrar of the Family Court prior to coming to the bar.
He is known for his dedication to his clients and his ability to provide clear, sound, advice and representation.
He understands the value and benefits of the Alternate Dispute Resolution and has appeared in and conducted many mediations. He is particularly effective in mediations as he understands when reality testing is required and how it should take place.
Having a rural background Nick has a strong connection with regional people and issues and he accepts briefs in all regional circuits.
He has a Master of Laws and is a nationally accredited mediator.
