Profile
Nicole is an experienced advocate who practices across all areas of criminal and quasi-criminal law.
Since coming to the bar, Nicole has regularly appeared in both summary and indictable crime matters in all Victorian Courts. She appears daily in contested hearings, bail applications, pleas, committals, appeals, contraventions and supervision order proceedings. She has also appeared as junior counsel in trials and hearings and has experience drafting written cases for leave to appeal against conviction in the court of appeal
Prior to coming to the bar, Nicole spent five years working as a solicitor advocate, where she appeared daily in the Magistrates' Court and County Court of Victoria.
Nicole read with Her Honour Judge Kellie Blair. Her Senior Mentor is Patrick Tehan KC. She is a member of the Criminal Bar Association.
