Profile

Sean is an environmental law specialist. 

Before coming to the Bar, Sean worked as a consulting engineer, then as an environment and planning solicitor. He has a double degree in Mechanical Engineering and Law from Monash University, and a Graduate Diploma of Urban Planning and Environment from RMIT.

Sean has significant experience advising and appearing in relation to major infrastructure projects (see examples below). He regularly appears in VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria in a wide range of environmental and planning matters, and has a developing judicial review practice in the Supreme Court.
