Tina accepts briefs in criminal, quasi-criminal and intervention order matters.
She has extensive experience in both the summary and indictable stream and appears regularly in the Magistrates’ Court and County Court of Victoria.
Before coming to the Bar, Tina practised in criminal defence at private firms and at Victoria Legal Aid.
She has appeared in a broad range of matters including contested hearings, pleas, bail applications and other summary proceedings.
She has also appeared in County Court pleas, appeals and contraventions of community correction orders.
Tina also appears regularly in intervention order proceedings and has a developing practice in family law.
She accepts briefs in coronial and inquest matters.
Tina holds a Juris Doctor (Master of Laws) from Monash University and a Bachelor of Arts (Media and Communications) from the University of Melbourne. She is also a certified French–English interpreter (Level 1).
Tina is reading with Moya O’Brien, and her senior mentor is Dermot Dann KC.
