Profile

Vincent accepts briefs to advise and appear in criminal and quasi-criminal matters. 

Vincent is regularly briefed to appear in contested hearings, committals, bail applications and pleas in the Magistrates' and Children's Court. He appears in the County Court in bail, plea and appeal hearings. 

Vincent came to the Bar after five years of practice at Victoria Legal Aid. 

Vincent has a strong interest in public and administrative law and would welcome briefs in these areas. 

He speaks Vietnamese.
