Profile

Vincent accepts briefs in criminal and quasi-criminal matters, and in administrative law proceedings.

He appears regularly in contested hearings, committals, pleas, bail applications and appeals across all Victorian criminal jurisdictions. He is frequently briefed in contested summary hearings, family violence and personal safety intervention order matters, and maintains a substantial practice in serious youth crime matters in the Children's Court. 

Vincent has been briefed as junior counsel in jury trials and appellate matters. 

He appears in administrative law matters in the Administrative Review Tribunal.

Vincent regularly presents at CPD sessions for practitioners and accepts briefs in both metropolitan and regional matters.

Before coming to the Bar, Vincent practised for five years as a criminal lawyer at Victoria Legal Aid.

He speaks Vietnamese.
