Foley's is proud to be the leading List for Mediators under the Victorian Bar Advanced Mediator (VBAM) scheme. We have eight Advanced Accredited Mediators out of 36 at the Victorian Bar: William Lye OAM KC, Peter Fary SC, Con Salpigtidis, Emma Swart, Belle Lane,Carey Nichol, Glen Pauline and Alex Fogarty. 

The Scheme recognises the experience and skill of a member of the Victorian Bar who has practicesed as a barrister or solicitor for at least seven years prior to applying to become a VBAM and who has conducted at least 100 hours of mediation as a mediator in the two years before applying.
