At Foleys, this is how we're turning the #PowerOn to make gender equality a reality, both on- and offline. Our commitment to closing the ongoing gender gap in digital access and skills has already begun here at Foleys.

Initiatives:

💡 As the leading Barristers List with the most women, we are pleased to have a female-led mentoring program for our junior female barristers.
💡 Foley's List has multiple digital and technological resources available for all our members, including:
- Focus rooms/Digital conference rooms available for our members.
- Digital Resource Pack equipped with information, guides and other resources for life at the Bar, readily available to our members.
- Podcast facilities and regular webinar sessions to give voice to our women and assist all members in being promoted in the digital space.
💡 Foley's staff has also had a tech upgrade last year to ensure that the team has the latest, most efficient tools to support their work.
💡 Foley's List was the first List to have implemented an Equal Opportunity Policy over 20 years ago.
 
These are only some of the things we have in place to support the 129 women who call Foley's home.
We are proud to have 68% women on Foley's staff, who are more than capable in providing digital services. Foley's would not be able to provide the comprehensive range of service to our barristers without our all-female digital marketing team and female-led administrative team supporting our Clerks. 🚺💟
