 Julie Condon KC | Julie is an experienced trial advocate. She has appeared in criminal trials in both the Supreme Court and the County Court of Victoria and has conducted appeals in the Court of Appeal. Julie is also a Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial preferred barrister. |
 Philip Dunn KC | Philip is an experienced trial advocate who has conducted trials and pleas for forty years. He is based at Crockett Chambers in Melbourne but regularly appears in all states in Australia. As a trial lawyer he conducts defences in all types of criminal matters; notably murder, conspiracy, corporate and tax fraud and, drug and sex offences. In addition, Philip has appeared in many Royal Commissions, inquests and sports law matters. |
 Paul Holdenson KC | Paul has developed a specialist practice as an appellate advocate, appearing predominantly in criminal appeals. He regularly appears before the Victorian Court of Appeal, the High Court of Australia and interstate appellate courts, including Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania. |
 Sharon Lacy SC | Sharon is a trial advocate practising principally in criminal law. She is listed on the VLA Preferred Trial Counsel List and is a leader in the VLA Trial Counsel Development program. Sharon also appears in coronial inquests, and other public inquiries. She works in regulatory and disciplinary matters, including in the areas of sports law, medical and legal practise. |
