Philip Dunn KC is an experienced trial advocate who has conducted trials and pleas for forty years.

As a trial lawyer he conducts defences in all types of criminal matters; notably murder, conspiracy, corporate and tax fraud and, drug and sex offences. In addition, Philip has appeared in many Royal Commissions, inquests and sports law matters.

Paul has a specialist practice as an appellate advocate, appearing predominantly in criminal appeals. He regularly appears before the Victorian Court of Appeal, the High Court of Australia and interstate appellate courts, including Western Australia, South Australia and Tasmania.

Julie practices in all facets of criminal law. She has appeared in interstate jurisdictions and internationally. 

Julie is an experienced trial advocate. She has appeared  in criminal trials in both the Supreme Court and the County Court of Victoria and has conducted appeals in the Court of Appeal. Julie is also a Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial preferred barrister.

Daniel Gurvich KC has extensive experience in all aspects of criminal law, including trials and appeals. He has particular experience in Commonwealth criminal law, government regulation and corporate crime.
