Andrew Panna KC

Andrew Palmer KC practices in the area of government regulation and enforcement, and corporate and white collar compliance and offending. Andrew has acted in matters involving a broad range of regulators, including WorkSafe, VicPol, the EPA, the ATO, IBAC, the Victorian Building Authority, VicRoads, the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission, and the Local Government Inspectorate.

Andrew also provides strategic, legislative, policy and operational advice to government departments and agencies. Andrew recently conducted a year-long review of Victoria's dangerous goods laws. Andrew's broader practice includes disciplinary proceedings, recovery proceedings, criminal trial and appellate work, fraud, and other legally and factually complex matters.

 

 

Andrew Dickenson practises mostly in the area of wills and estates, including the testators family maintenance claims, and equity and trusts.

Andrew also appears regularly in proceedings involving real property including sale of land disputes and caveat removal applications.

 

 

Lachlan Wraith has a broad and practical understanding of legal and taxation issues related to estates, trusts (testamentary, family, special disability, and compensation trusts), charitable trusts (including “PAFS”) and representative administrations (VCAT and EPoA). He is intimately acquainted with issues relating to licensed trustee companies, Chapter 5D of the Corporations Act and the regulatory environment in which licensed trustee companies operate. Lachlan also has considerable experience in the management and litigation of deceased estates.
