Foley's List would like to congratulate our List Members Campbell Hangay, Ivan Hristovski and Robert Glavas who are now certified Nationally Accredited Mediators!
Campbell Hangay is a senior junior barrister with 15 years of experience at the Bar and Nationally Accredited Mediator.
He specialises in personal injury/common law but also accept briefs in criminal law, intervention orders and family law matters.
He is an expert in claims for psychiatric compensation. He has extensive experience in intentional torts, occupiers liability, medical negligence, transport accident, and industrial accident cases.
He is an experienced advocate in Appellate matters including both judicial review (error of law) and appeals on merits and have a special interest in Judicial Review applications to the Supreme Court regarding Medical Panel Opinions.
Ivan accepts briefs in all areas of commercial litigation. He has over 15 years of expertise in insolvency, banking and finance law, security enforcement, and corporate disputes. He is also experienced with property disputes, retail and commercial leasing, fraud matters, Australian Consumer Law and guardianship matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Ivan was a partner in the dispute resolution team at Gadens. Ivan has wide ranging advocacy experience across both State and Commonwealth Courts and Tribunals. He has appeared in numerous trials, interlocutory applications, injunction hearings, pre-hearing conferences, mediations and directions hearings.
Robert Glavas
Robert practises primarily in commercial law. He also accepts briefs in common law and public law matters.
Before coming to the Bar, Robert was a Principal Lawyer in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation group at Macpherson Kelley. As the youngest Principal Lawyer nationally, Robert led his team on complex commercial litigation in state and federal jurisdictions throughout Australia, with a particular focus on: contract disputes; shareholder/partnership disputes; misleading and deceptive conduct claims; negligence and other tortious actions; restraints of trade; construction disputes; and property disputes.
