We’re excited to release the first episode of the Think Resolution podcast series.

Hosted by Foley’s barrister David Kim, this series brings together leading minds in the field of alternative dispute resolution (ADR) to share their experiences and knowledge with us on all things ADR, including mediation and arbitration. 

This debut episode, "ADR in Sports - In conversation with Professor Jack Anderson". Jack shares his journey to becoming a leading figure in Sports Law and sports arbitration, along with his insights into dispute resolution in the sporting world.

David Kim has a broad commercial litigation practice with extensive experience in both State and Federal jurisdictions. David is also an accredited advanced mediator (AMDRAS) and a Specialist Mediator with the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC). He has undergone mediation training in Australia, Singapore and the US.

He is a Fellow of CIArb (member of the East Asia and Australian Branches), ACICA (arbitration & mediation), the Resolution Institute (arbitration & mediation), ICC (arbitration), Council of Australian Tribunals, and the International Association of Korean Lawyers.

Jack Anderson is Professor of Law at the University of Melbourne. He is an Ethics Commissioner for World Boxing, the International Tennis Federation and the integrity unit of the International Hockey Federation. He is a member of the Asia Racing Federation's Council on Illegal Betting and Financial Crime.

Formerly a Court of Arbitration for Sport arbitrator and a UNODC consultant, Jack is a board member of Sport Resolutions UK, and an arbitrator for Football Australia, Rugby Australia and the National Sports Tribunal of Australia.
