We are delighted to welcome Andrea Skinner, who has recently transferred to Foley’s List. She accepts briefs to appear in family law, relationship law and all related jurisdictions.

Andrea has a substantial family law practice and appears regularly in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia in respect of both parenting and property proceedings. Andrea has a strong mediation practice, appearing as Counsel, where she is focused on achieving optimal and cost-effective outcomes for her clients.

Andrea also has extensive experience in written advocacy including the drafting and settling of court documents, the provision of written advice on complex issues, including operation of the Family Law Act 1975, the Child Support (Assessment) Act 1989, the Family Violence Protection Act 2008, admissibility of evidence, and all other family law related issues.
