Susan is a commercial law specialist with a proven reputation at the Bar. She has significant expertise in all areas of intellectual property law, including patents, designs, trademarks, copyright, moral rights and breach of confidence claims.

Susan is often briefed in complex matters relating to the Australian Consumer Law and the Corporations Act, where multiple issues co-exist and overlap.

Susan regularly advises and appears in disputes involving privacy and data protection. She is well placed to assist clients navigating the overlap between privacy obligations, technology, and intellectual property rights.

Whilst based in Melbourne, Susan appears nationally. She accepts both advocacy and advisory briefs, appears as counsel, and acts as a mediator in ADR matters.
