We are delighted to welcome Oliver Cain, who has recently joined Foley’s List. His practice focuses primarily upon family law, and he is also available to accept criminal, quasi-criminal, and protective jurisdiction briefs.

Oliver is admitted in all Federal and State courts. Oliver appears in all jurisdictions in which family law and criminal law matters are litigated, both on his own and with senior counsel. Oliver has particular expertise in oral and written advocacy in both family law and criminal law proceedings, and is able to provide guidance upon the relationship between federal and state laws as they intersect within family, criminal, civil, and commercial law contexts.

Oliver has acted extensively for private individuals and corporations at intermediate, trial, and appellate levels.
