Foley's List congratulates Zeina Alhalabi on being named Winner of the Barristers category at the Lawyers Weekly 30 Under 30 Awards 2026.

The annual awards recognise outstanding young legal professionals from across Australia. Zeina was one of just 30 winners selected from 288 finalists nationwide, receiving the award in the Barristers category.

We are pleased to see Zeina's achievements recognised and congratulate her on this well-deserved award!

Zeina Alhalabi accepts briefs in all areas of criminal law and quasi-criminal matters. She also practices in employment law with an interest in entitlement disputes, unfair dismissal claims, discrimination claims and general protections claims.

Prior to coming to the Bar, Zeina was an Associate to His Honour Judge Tiwana in the County Court’s Criminal Division. Zeina’s time at the Court provided her with exposure to various criminal proceedings, including trials, plea hearings, bail applications and appeals.
