PROFILE

Carly has extensive experience in relation to planning and environmental law matters including merits review hearings in the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT) acting for private clients and government agencies. Her practice specialises in all aspects of environment and town planning law, with a particular focus on heritage matters.

Since coming to the Bar in 2015, Carly appears regularly in matters before the VCAT, Planning Panels Victoria, the Heritage Council, the Magistrates' Court (including local government prosecutions) and in appeals relating to planning, restrictive covenants and related matters before the Supreme Court.
