Inside Planning & Environment Law Seminar Series

We are pleased to announce that registrations are now open for Foley’s Planning & Environment Law CPD Webinar Series.

The series will examine key developments across planning and environment law, including:

  • Recent Supreme Court and High Court decisions and their practical implications

  • VCAT appeals, IAC hearings and Part 5 of the Planning and Environment Act 1987

  • Water planning, infrastructure contributions and private nuisance

  • Ethical issues arising in planning and environment disputes

The schedule is outlined below with nine sessions in total. All sessions will be free of charge and each session will entitle you to 1 CPD point
