Sean is an environment and planning barrister. He is strong with technical and scientific evidence, having gained qualifications and experience in engineering before becoming a lawyer, and extensive experience working on environmental cases since coming to the bar. At the bar, Sean has acted for proponents and environmental groups in several Environment Effects Statement inquiries and regularly appears in VCAT and Planning Panels Victoria in a wide range of town planning and environmental matters. He has a developing practice in administrative law and nuisance cases in the Supreme Court.
