Profile

Phillip is a defence barrister practising primarily in criminal law, with extensive experience appearing in criminal proceedings across a broad range of matters.

Since coming to the Bar, Phillip has appeared regularly in criminal trials involving sexual offences, drug offences, violence, homicide and driving-related matters. He has been selected as a member of the Victoria Legal Aid Criminal Trial Preferred Barrister List.

Phillip accepts briefs across all areas of criminal law and appears for clients at all stages of criminal proceedings.
