Foley's List is pleased to congratulate Lyndell McCreadie who is now accredited under the Victorian Bar Advanced Mediator Scheme (VBAM). Well done!

Lyndell McCreadie signed the Bar Roll in 2004 and since then has developed a wide-ranging family law practice. She has been briefed to appear in matters involving defacto relationships, child support issues and contested property matters. Lyndell has been briefed to appear for independent children's lawyers and has experience representing parties in hearings involving family violence. She has appeared before the Family Court, Federal Circuit Court, and the Family Court - Court of Appeal.
