Rohan Hoult is a former Senior Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, who returned to the Bar in 2023. He has over 35 years’ experience practicing exclusively in family law. Rohan’s extensive practice has included significant trial and appellate work, complex child and property matters, and experience in Magellan cases. He is also an AIFLAM Nationally Accredited Mediator.
Justice Joshua Wilson is a Justice of Division 1 of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, having been elevated to that court in March 2019 after being appointed to the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in late 2015. He was an adjunct professor in law at Deakin University and served as chair of Deakin University’s Law School board. He regularly lectures in family law at various universities.
