Rohan Hoult is a former Senior Judicial Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia, who returned to the Bar in 2023. He has over 35 years’ experience practicing exclusively in family law. Rohan’s extensive practice has included significant trial and appellate work, complex child and property matters, and experience in Magellan cases. He is also an AIFLAM Nationally Accredited Mediator.

Sarah Fisken SC was appointed Senior Counsel in October 2025. She has extensive experience across all aspects of family law, including parenting, property and child support matters.
Sarah has also practised in the area of international matrimonial law, advising and appearing in matters involving international relocation and parenting disputes, cross-border child support issues, and complex jurisdictional questions.

Radu Catrina, Partner at Berry fmaily Law, has practised in family law since 2015, and before that worked in government (ASIC) and general practice. He has worked on a wide variety of parenting and property matters, and has experience as an advocate in both the Federal Family Courts and the State Magistrates’ Courts.
