Following the success of our CPD programs, including the Family Law Breakfast and the Daze in Court podcast series, the Family Law Symposium 2027 aims to bring together our leading silks, senior juniors, and junior barristers, with members of the Judiciary, for a full day of practical learning and professional development.

This symposium will be streamed nationally and features some of Foley's most experienced and emerging family law barristers, offering practical insights into current issues, new developments, and the challenges facing family law practitioners.

Sessions will be delivered in an engaging, interactive and conversational format designed to encourage discussion and the sharing of real-world experience.
