Foley's List is excited to welcome our new reader Lachlan Mahon, who practises in commercial, public and criminal law matters.

Prior to being called to the Bar, Lachlan was a Senior Federal Prosecutor for the Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions. He prosecuted complex commercial and regulatory crimes, in addition to matters involving public corruption.

He also provided strategic and specialist advice to government agencies during investigations. Lachlan equally has experience in commercial litigation.

Lachlan is reading with Angel Aleksov. His senior mentors are David Robertson KC and Paul Holdenson KC.
